Sales promotion and information
The Staatliche Kurverwaltung and the Tourist Info act only as agents for accommodation services and all other third-party services, and are not tour organisers as defined by law. The costs for this are collected in the name of and for the account of third parties.
Specifically, the service providers and thus the contracting partners for the package deals are:
- for board and lodging: the place of accommodation in question (see reservations contract, accommodation contract)
- for medical treatment: the doctor
- for therapy applications: the provider in question
- for health, beauty and hairdressing services: the provider in question
- for leisure activities: the provider of the individual activity in question
- for transfer services: the company providing the service
- for health resort tax/contribution: the Staatliche Kurverwaltung or Tourist Information
